Had a busted back window that I had been putting off for too long. Molly was the sweetest and made the whole experience great! They even came to my place of employment to fix the glass while I was working so I did not have to leave work early or rush over! Great customer service, and reliable work!

Jolliff rescued me from failed attempts by the nationally-advertised glass chain, replacing a 2022 Ford windshield on the first try. The office staff was knowledgeable and very helpful rescheduling from those previous appointments and with my insurance. The technician was thorough and clean, and efficient. The whole process took only about 90 minutes. It has been about five weeks since the new glass was installed; there have been no issues and it looks great. Tell your insurance to schedule with Jolliff for the best customer service.
